As a website established in favour of writers, we want to grow every day. Therefore our recruitment is ongoing and if you are an aspiring or accomplished writer, you can apply through our website. It takes about ten minutes to fill in the application form and a member of the recruitment team will be with you shortly.

The writing test

In order to ensure the quality of our writers and researchers, for those of you who are interested in the academic research, we have introduced a brief academic writing test. It consists of several tasks in your related research discipline, and it requires no preparation. Its purpose is to test how you write different types of assignments within a limited word count and under a tight deadline.

For those of you who are applying for the non-academic type of jobs, we might have recruitment assessments in certain cases. If you are required to pass through an assessment, you will be notified in advance.

Acceptance and requirements

Upon acceptance, you will be provided with our detailed guidelines, and your individual password and log in details. You will have access to available jobs, and updates. In order to be accepted as a writer/researcher/proofreader, you need to meet the following general requirements:

• Excellent writing/research skills

• UK or US university degree

• Ability to work under pressure

• Ability to work independently

• Ability to produce high quality content under tight deadlines

• Eye for the detail, creativity and originality

• Access to a library, research database and the internet (24/7)

Writer ranking

In order to keep track of your performance, and to provide quality service for our clients, we have created a ranking system for our writers. It is based on your performance at the test, your response rate for available orders in your field, your ability to accept urgent orders, and the quality of the orders that you submit.
